Homecoming SPIRIT Week

The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA) visited MJHS to meet with all of our 9th-grade students! Students learned about the programs, opportunities, and experiences ASMSA has to offer. We appreciate them taking the time to share information and help our Patriots explore exciting possibilities for their future! ❤️💙

MJHS Spotlight on Ms. Debbie Jackson. Ms. Jackson is our amazing 8th grade counselor. She consistently goes above and beyond for our students to make sure they feel supported, valued and cared for.

Congratulations to MHS, MJHS, and 7GA on being recognized by the University of Arkansas Office for Education Policy (OEP) as “Beating the Odds” schools for posting high growth on the ATLAS exam!

MJHS Staff Spotlight is Jana Wilson. Jana is the MJHS School Improvement Specialist and a vital part of our team. Thank you Mrs. Wilson for your dedication and hard work.

Ms. Smith’s Honors Civics classes were recently visited by students currently attending the University of Arkansas School of Law to learn more about the art of negotiation for the second year in a row! These scholars were not only able to learn more about negotiation itself, but they also had the opportunity to ask questions about post secondary life as a whole!

🧢 Hats on, Patriots! We’re celebrating today! ❤️💙

🎉 Forget “Hats Off!” Today, we’re putting our HATS ON and celebrating
