Patrons of the Marion School District looking for the latest updates about Patriot athletics and other school activities now have a new website to access the up-to-date information.
Last week, the Marion School District launched a new website that will serve as a home to its Marion Patriot Activities Network, also known as MPAN. The new website features streamlined access to news articles, schedules, rosters, and to MPAN’s award-winning livestream broadcasts.
Accessing the new site is easy. Users can simply visit the district’s main website at www.msd3.org, and click the “MPAN” button at the top of the page. The new site can also be reached directly via this link: MPAN.
With the new website, the Marion is ending its partnership with the third-party company, Mascot Media, and its affiliated website, marionpatriots.com. By doing so, the school district is ensuring all sponsorship dollars spent on Patriot programs stay in the local community. The school district will no longer have any affiliation with the marionpatriots.com site or the Mascot Media company, which owns the site.
With the new website, Marion will continue its popular “Patriot Partners” program, which is run through the MSD Foundation. The Patriot Partners program gives local businesses the opportunity to provide critical support for Marion School District extracurricular activities, ensuring Marion’s programs remain among the best in the state.
