The Marion School District will open the 2021-22 selection period for its award-winning magnet elementary schools at 7 a.m. Saturday, March 6.
To select a school, families can visit this link beginning at 7 a.m. Saturday, March 6. This process is only for new students or students who wish to change schools. Students already enrolled at a magnet school, who do not wish to change schools, do not need to take any action at this time. Any student can attend any of the magnet schools. Students living outside the Marion School District can also attend through the School Choice program. Seats are limited at each school, so families are encouraged to make their selections early

- Herbert Carter Global Community Magnet School
- Marion Math, Science, & Technology Magnet School
- Marion Visual & Performing Arts Magnet School
